Our Process
Damage Assessment & Scope
We document every element that needs repair — structural, cosmetic, and mechanical. This detailed scope is used for insurance approval and ensures nothing gets missed during reconstruction.
Insurance Coordination
We prepare the repair estimate to insurer standards and work directly with your adjuster. Every line item is documented, photographed, and justified so approvals move faster.
Structural Repairs
Framing, subfloor replacement, roof repairs, and any structural work required to bring the building back to code. We coordinate permits and inspections as needed.
Interior Finishing
Drywall, taping, mudding, texture matching, painting, flooring installation, trim, cabinetry, fixtures, and all interior finishes. We match existing materials and finishes wherever possible.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the completed project with you room by room. Every repair is inspected against the original scope. We do not consider the job done until you are satisfied with the result.
