In 1992, Hydraclean Restoration was called upon to mitigate damage of the historic W.A.C. Bennett heritage home after it's building and contents suffered severe damage due to a broken water pipe. We were honoured to be a part of the restoration of this Historic Building and it's contents.

Twin Creek Ranch Restoration

Hydraclean Restorations responded to mitigate the water damage that occurred at Twin Creek Ranch. This stunning log structure with it's 30 foot vaulted ceilings and over 7000 square feet was flooded almost entirely because of several Water pipes breaking due to freezing. When our disaster team arrived on scene most of the water was frozen on top of floors and icicles were formed on ceilings! Some of the windows had cracked as a result of the swelling wooden frames. Doors were unable to open as a result of swelling door slabs and frames. In the following months Hydraclean Restorations went on to completely restore this property with many upgrades. The property was purchased during the mitigation process by Gary Fong, a successful business man from the USA. Gary Fong is an accomplished and famous photographer with an astounding list of achievements including the invention of the “Light Sphere” flash diffuser used in photography. Mr. Fong was determined to make this damaged home into a work of art, a home which was as beautiful as the sweeping Valley views and the property it sits on.
